"My room was not clean when I arrived at 10:30pm. The receptionist and bar staff were amazing, but because the hotel was sold out we were sent to another hotel. That hotel room was much smaller, smelled like sewage, and had maintenance issues. The staff were amazing, but if management thinks that sending me to a smaller sub-par room at a different hotel is an equivalent then I have no desire to come back."

"A large 3BR apartment with full kitchen. One bedroom blanket had some dog hair, but overall clean. Be warned, a large SUV wont fit in the garage! Final directions for entry came late, but were clear.First floor tenant made some noise, but I imagine we made more with 6 of us up and down the stairs after being out all day."
