"Very nice hotel kind of different than others but excellent very good service"

"Beautiful Victorian home with period correct funishings. The Bessie room was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious 😋. Highly recommend."

"Had an excellent experience! Very clean room and pleasant staff. Enjoyed the location near American Family Field and not too far from downtown Milwaukee!"

"Never reserve a room at poto with this site. My husband paid 289 for a suite for one night but when we arrived they gave us a regular room. The staff could not accommodate us due to us using this site. This regular room has no microwave lol we shared one with other guest. It was horrible."

"Rooms were very clean . Breakfast was excellent. Decorated with beautiful antiques . Very charming interior. There was quite a bit of traffic noise from the neighborhood . Windows in my room were in poor repair and did not close properly. This made the traffic noise worse."

"Very cool, art deco style hotel, bar was excellent with good food, wish the café was open later for breakfast. Excellent location."

"We had someone harassing us in the night and hiding under our peephole in the door and calling us pretty and wouldn’t leave us alone. We called front desk about it and eventually cautiously made our way downstairs to talk to the lady and it took nearly 3 hours to be moved to a different room. She belittled our concerns and told an entirely different story to her manager on the phone. It made my sister and I feel very unsafe and they refused to give us our money back when we said we were leaving...

"My mom and I stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. It is a very beautiful place and we felt welcome! Getting in and out was simple and the room was clean and very comfortable!. Our hosts were kind and it’s such a unique place. We will surely be back!"

"The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. This is a unique hotel and that uniqueness is on display all the time and it's fun. The continental breakfast was great."

"Excellent location to airport, quiet and the shuttle service was great."

"Great location in the third ward. Only issue was trying to get coffee on Monday morning. No room service and rude staff at the coffee counter."

"great staff"

"The bar and made to order menu was nice as well as the hours they served."
