"This place has no staff, fully self check in. Check in information is sent prior to arrival so check your messages in Expedia app for updates ( don’t reply to watsapp msgs. Likely scams ). For the price we paid I would’ve expected sleepwear, but it’s understandable as they host so many people. Expect the hotel to be busy with lots of people. Rooms and washrooms are big which is nice to have. The Main Tower rooms look older though. Overall, great location and very convenient."

"Excellent hotel! Staff were delightful and it was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities (including pyjamas!). It was an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Disneysea was further on foot (about a 40 minute walk) but it was simple to get a taxi and you can be there in 5 minutes. We had a Family Room and it was surprisingly spacious and enough room for my family of four. Thank you for having us!"
