"The buffet food was delicious, and offered locally-grown rice as part of the meals. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, taking the effort to translate and going the extra mile to support my family during our stay. The amenities were very clean and well-cared for. It was enjoyable to walk around the property and enjoy the cool weather in early summer. "

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now ā and will certainly stay here again in the future.
The property was surprisingly spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel amenities (ex. laundry room, fitness, etc.) were the icing on top.
But the service is the true slice of cake here. The staff are friendly and accommodating - very approachable and polite. They didn't care that we didn't speak Japanese;...

Good business hotel. A lot of contract/construction worker are there. Parking at the hotel is limited. Free breakfast. Youāll have to take transportation to eat somewhere.
Keep in mind this is a local hotel with public baths.

This was hands down one of the best hotels Iāve stayed. The staff were so accommodating and kind. They made me feel very appreciated which is what a successful business should always do. The hotel is a few mins walk from the #52 bus stop, in a very quiet area. It was immaculately clean I felt as though I was in a nicer hotel than I had originally booked. The rooms were upgraded and super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The restaurant in the hotel had Malaysian cuisine. It was...

When we arrived the front desk greeted us warmly. They confirmed our Glamping reservation and kindly showed us about the property, including the baths and relaxation room. The glamp trailer/building was cozy. It had all we needed and a view. We only stayed the one night but it was a nice getaway. For travel, it was a little off the beaten path but we did it, with luggage. I would recommend the location.

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you donāt hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. Iāll certainly stay here again,

Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo.
The hotel's ambiance was simply beautiful, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for a city known for compact spaces. Its prime location, just a 5-minute walk from a JR line, made navigating Tokyo incredibly convenient. Plus, being within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and yes, even the indispensable 7-11s, added immense value to our stay.
