Was my boyfriend’s birthday celebration and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which was so nice. Great location. Parking too which is great in Hitchin. Loved there was a kettle and tea facilities. Will definitely stay again. "

Have been going to Hitchin for many years and now lucky enough to have my best friend live there. Its made up of a lot of amazing historical buildings, the museum is brilliant, good shopping and overall great experience!

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Watford and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out.
Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford!
