"Wonderful location, staff, and amenities. The views are spectacular and the grounds are gorgeous. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There were no communication issues and everyone was multilingual. We would certainly stay again. The food was excellent with significant portions. We also had options to dine by the water or above overlooking the water and the boats. The sunset at dinner was magnificent. I would suggest that the hotel give guests a way to express their appreciation via tips on the actual food and beverage bills. I tried to add that on to several bills only to later learn they could not do that. It made tipping the staff for their extraordinary service difficult as I don’t always have cash on hand while on vacation. "

"Quiet and beautiful location, but a 15/20min walk to centre of Sorrento. Cannot praise Marcos enough. Always a warm welcome and a wealth of advice and recommendations. My most endearing memory is ordering a gin and tonic, and Marcos picking a lemon from the tree in the front of the hotel for my drink. "
