"A great location, friendly check-in, and nice size for a family of four. The only downsides are hot water for showers is pretty limited so you need to space them out or have short showers, and the ladder to the bunk bed is not fixed onto the bed making it a safety concern, but this could be fixed with a couple screws. "It is very well located. Coffee shops, dining places and shopping all very close. The ferry is 10 minutes away. The room was very clean. Communication with owner was very good. "

"We were upgraded to the Picasso room which is well worth our stay. Initially it was questionable as the building is under a renovation, however when complete we believe it will be worth five stars. The housekeepers were wonderful!"

"Had a wonderful stay at the Zelzar Residence. The view is immaculate from the room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Coastline! The room was clean and secure. The staff provided excellent check-in procedures. Parking can be challenging with the narrow roads and limited access. Strongly encourage to contact the staff for most up-to-date details. Great view from the local café that provides the breakfast. Just a short walk up the road. Highly recommend this stay!!"
