"Always wanted to stay close to Universal Studios and Saw that the Sheraton is one of the hotels. We decided to stay there. Front desk staff was friendly and so was the bell hop guy who helped with our luggage. Our room was in good condition. You can tell it need some TLC but overall the room was great. View was nothing great to look at since it looked over the Valet parking but since we were only staying one night, it didn't matter. The bed was so comfortable that I slept well and thr bathroom was nice as well. Overall i would stay here again."

"Great property once you get inside the entry door. The room is spacious & full of amenity. Minimal staff. The neighborhood is ok… it is downtown LA after all."

"This is a historic building so it is not super updated but THE STAFF is incredible! Sweet and helpful. Also very close to La live, usc, grand central market. Oh and dog friendly :) loved it all. "
