We showed them the photocopy of the reservation, they were not satisfied and demanded that I show them the original email (on my mobile phone) and that I call my tour operator, which I did. The apartment is clean and comfortablely appointed, with a functional kitchen that is great for preparing a meal (there is a wine shop next door). I could not have asked for a better place to stay during my visit and would not hesitate to book this apartment again in the future."
