"The hotel is good, the room and the view are amazing. The stuff is great. Only one disappointment - my jumper shrunk during the laundry. They washed it according to the recommendation but drying is standard and very hot. To be fair the stuff tried to help, even late at night, which is really appreciated. They took it back and tried to stretch which worked but only temporarily, it shrunk again later. "

"The outlets are old and any weight on a charging device would pull it from the outlet. Needed to support the charging device. There weren't any chairs in our room when we arrived, but they brought some up for us. Otherwise, it was a good stay. "

"The hotel was great staff and service was top notch. The only thing that was not well equipped was the fitness/gym area. Would be good to expand it a little bit and add more equipment for people travelling. Or have a deal with local club for passes while people stay there."

"We booked this hostel through Expedia but when we got there they said we had no reservation and did not get any money from Expedia. All places were already booked in town because of a special event. This was a very poor situation. We have not heard back from Expedia about our situation yet. One hotel staff said he would help us resolve the situation but never got back to us but the front desk lady was excellent and helped us find another place. "
