"Staff at the reception desk are very pleasant and efficient and handled my requests promptly without any delay. My only disappointment is that they did not provide shower cap, pen and paper pad which I believe are standard provisions in a hotel. "

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved being able to grab records and play them in the room. The rooftop bar has amazing views. "

"Property was nice to stay in and clean. During our 4 night stay only one lift was operational which created problems as we were on the seventh floor and often had to wait its arrival. Breakfast was excellent with many options."
