"Hotel was convenient across the street from a train station and just 3 stations away from the main shopping area. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. The hot bath at level 1 was really great especially after a day's of walking."

It offered free snacks and drinks including popsicles, nuts, coffee, soft drinks, and a variety of Japanese snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day exploring Kyoto. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Kyoto!"

"The hot springs spa was amazing and very useful. It had different options for you to soak in from very hot to not so hot. I loved the hot pool with the cold bar to rest your head on. It made the experience that much more exciting. Overall very good time there and will definitely come back."

"Very accessible location with several buses just outside the hotel. Groceries stores, 7/11 and restaurants are nearby (2 mins walk). The hotel is very clean with all the basic necessities provided for bathroom, kitchen and washing machine. A very secure place to stay and ideal for families with small children. "

"Useful free bus shuttle to station. Staff very courteous. Handy for station but perhaps a little too far from downtown Kyoto. Didn’t use pool as there was a substantial charge per person per session. Would have expected guest use for free. "
