"Ignacio was very nice. However, The property needs maintenance. AC in The downstairs master did not work and mattress was very uncomfortable, kitchen cabinets handles were loose. Bathtub upstairs was clogged. Was a short time and enjoy Sevilla!"

"Large property and gardens, very clean on arrival and had more than adequate glasses, crockery etc. Good size pool cleaned twice per week and garden well maintained. Walking distance to Gines which had plenty of bars and restaurants which are friendly, serve great food and very reasonably priced. 15 minute drive to Saville which is well worth a few visits. Cant recommend enough."

"We had a fabulous stay, from the time of our arrival where we were given a very warm welcome and comprehensive tour of the house and all its amenities, to our departure, when Pedro Javier very kindly arranged to take members of our group to the train station in El Puerto de Santa Maria, and on the Seville airport, without charge! The house was spotlessly clean and had all equipment anyone could need. State of the art TVs and sound systems, very well fitted out kitchen and beautiful sitting...

"Overall it was a beautiful property with enough space for our family of 10. It was clean and nicely arranged. We all had the same comment about the kitchen in which you would expect to have some basic equipment such as a peeling knife, a whisker and other small basic equipment that would bring the kitchen to the standard of the home and cost. The property is probably more adapted to summer than winter stays."

"we were really pleased with this villa, it was so clean and the owner has thought of almost everything a large family would need, we were a group of 10 people, there was lots of room for everyone to have space should they wish and 5 bathrooms was great as almost all the kids were wanting to come out of the beautiful large swimming pool and shower, even the shampoo and body washes were provided. the villa is in a big plot with well maintained gardens. "A fabulous family beach vacation in Matalascanas! The home is very spacious with several outdoor patios and/or open air dining areas by simply opening up the sliding doors. The home is right on the beach w/ a very private and secured entrance onto the boardwalk that takes you in less than 5-10 minutes walking to bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the local supermarket. "Great few days staying in Hinojos. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The location worked well for us. We had a hire car and it was easy to get to the beach, Donana national park or pop into Seville for the afternoon. The kids loved the pool, and making fresh juice and lemonade from the fruit in the garden. Communication with the host was excellent."

"We stayed 16 friends at El Cotillo for a week this July, we were welcomed by Carlos who has been wonderful in helping us with everything we needed and being like a friend to us during our stay. The property was beautiful, even better than the photos and very clean. The perfect place for our summer reunion holiday, we enjoyed the outdoor areas and the pool very much.
