"It is advertised as complementary breakfast- but all the was served was cold cereal and a waffle maker- and that was it LITERALLY, no drinks, fruit, eggs meats—- nothing!"

"Parking is limited. No amenities. Curtains and dior dead bolt broken. Worst of it all was dirty linen. "

"The room was MOSTLY clean but did have holes in the bathroom walls where the moisture could have gotten to the paint/drywall. I found holes in the sheets, the frame creaked with every movement but the bed was comfortable enough for what we needed it for. The property seemed somewhat safe but there were homeless individuals walking around as well as people working on their cars in the parking lot. We ended up deciding to leave a night early and hopefully will get part of our stay back. "

"Our stay here was amazing! The location is convenient and safe, the house is clean and cozy, giving you the perfect New Mexico feel, and the master suite is absolutely the best! The outdoor space is perfectly layed out for a comfortable meal or glass of wine around the fireplace. Comminication with Jake and Andrea was quick and efficient for questions and suggestions on what albuquerque has to offer. We would stay here again! Thank you Jake and Andrea for an amazing place to call home!"

"So the beds are on a sheet metal base which sounds like the drums of your ansestors awakening every time you move a muscle. That coupled with the fact I think they used box springs instead of mattresses. They felt like cardboard pallets to sleep on. My neice moved to the floor and.i seriously considered sleeping in the car for the night. Oh and if you like hearing the fridge make a constant growl that almost sounds like Darth Vader sleeping next to you, than this is for sure the room for you."

"Save your money! I've never been to a worse hotel in my life. Staff is great, it is NOT their fault. The facility is old, the water barely trickled when we got there, then it stopped working entirely for most of the night. Even once it was "fixed", there was barely any pressure. Not even enough to fill the toilet tank so it could be flushed more than once every few hours. Nobody could sleep, we ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Horrible experience!"
