Housekeeping was training new staff and there were a few minor hiccups but things were ultimately taken care of. The area is great with lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel offers a free shuttle service within 3 miles of the property. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this HH accommodation. The condo was very spacious, clean, convenient location and our balcony faced the lagoon which was very peaceful. Lagoon area was picturesque with many beautiful trees and bench swings to relax on. Short walk to one of the pools/beach and any area of the resort. Plenty of chairs. "The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!"
