Travel to the sub-tropical bliss of Hilton Head Island to discover this 2023 Renovated home on the first floor of Forest Gardens. Inside this 1200 Square foot interior are several modern conveniences, including flat screen cable/Smart TV's with Netlix and Hulu in every room and high speed WiFi.

With stainless steel appliances and generous counter space in the fully equipped kitchen, cooking will be a breeze! Prepare your favorite zesty dishes and gather around the 8-person dining table for a quality meal with your family and friends. A separate coffee and wine bar with built in beverage cooler allow you to quince your palate from breakfast to after dinner drinks.

Parking is first come, first serve with 2 parking passes provided.

Choose your style of beach with equal distance walk or bike ride - only 1/4 mile from the villa. From the complex, turn left to a quieter beach in front of oceanfront homes or head right to Coligny beach for much more activity. Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut offer great resturants and shoppes with live entertainment daily during season and on the weekends off season.

Entry to the villa is keyless and allows self-check in.

The Villa is accessible by 6 stairs only and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.

Cutest place ever.. everything was prepared for our arrival.. We found it to be the perfect size for 4 adults, all the amenities available for you .. we loved the location for biking and getting to Coligny Beach and other areas nearby. Thank you Meredith for a lovely time in HHI !!!

I stayed in this condo unit with easy access to many things, including the beach in HHI. The pictures were accurate in describing the unit and the manager was responsive and flexable about the checkout time. We will definitely go back to this unit if we visit HHI again.

This villa is very nice and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located to the beach and shops and was close to the pool. The kitchen was nicely equipped and everything was clean and organized. Our host was easy to contact and she provided all of the info for easy check in and open communication. I would definitely recommend this villa.
