However, poor guy behind counter seemed to be doing EVERYTHING by himself and it was rather busy, even at 4 am as I was waiting for the airport shuttle. Turns out, he even drove the shuttle. Kudos to him for working his but off, but maybe not the best guest experience for others having to wait for him. Not his fault. He was great. "

Pillows are down - I’d preferred down alternative but not given option. Location is nice. Overall worth it. We were put into an accessible king room. Only one nightstand had a lamp and only one half of the bathroom mirror was lit - lighting needs improved. "
