"Front desk staff was nice and helpful. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room felt dirty. There was constant loud noise I. Our hall way and there was never anything done by staff to help reduce the noise. Room was either extremely cold or hot. If AC was on it was really cold and if it wasn’t on then it was really hot. Only stayed to catch an early flight and it was hard to even get 5 hours of sleep with the comfort of the bed."

"Asked for non smoking and booked non smoking and only to get there and they have smoking only available. Felt very unsafe also with the properties."
