"Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was awesome, free airport shuttle was convenient. Also loved that you could walk to the metro station in about 10 mins. Takes you straight to downtown Chicago in about 35 mins. This was exactly what I needed"

"The room was a decent size with 2 queen beds. My only issue was the placement of the bathroom door which made the bathroom much smaller than it is. The staff were very nice and friendly with daily text check-ins which was great. Love that they have coffee available all day. I only realized on our last day there that they had more parking in the back. Front parking was a nightmare after a certain time. Overall our stay at this hotel was pretty good."

"Excellent, clean and quiet hotel. Shuttle service to and from airport (terminal 2, lower level 2C) every 30 minutes. The hotel recording said that they do not pick up from the International Terminal (terminal 5), so I took the train to terminal 2, but it turned out that they did pick up from terminal 5, after all. Breakfast was pretty standard, good and filling. The room was slightly dated but perfectly clean. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well in the dark room. The employees and shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again."
