"The room we were given smelled terribly of smoke which was an issue for me and since we checked in later in the evening we did not address with the staff. Could not get a restful stay unfortunately. Staff check in and other interactions were great, just room smell. "

"Wow! A wonderful stay. We loved all 4 nights there. Quiet well appointed suite. Very clean and excellent caring staff. Fun deli & bar inside. Excellent breakfast. Shower was hot and the bathroom was laid out very well. Bed was luxurious and comfortable. Highly recommend !"

"Parking was safe and easy . The hotel cleanliness could have been better it’s not unkept for the price . I asked for housekeeping on a stay over and it was not done which was very disappointing. I think for the nightly price I could have done better. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience did not meet basic cleanliness and safety expectations. The bathroom was not properly maintained; the bathtub had visible rust and orange discoloration in multiple areas, which made it appear unsanitary. Additionally, several people in our group reported seeing bed bugs, which is extremely concerning for any hotel stay. The fitness center was also very disappointing. The equipment appeared outdated and poorly maintained. There were walking pads in place of standard treadmills, and several machines were broken. The elliptical in particular posed a safety hazard due to missing pieces on the handles. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of functional, safe amenities made this stay far below what guests should reasonably expect. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience and safety for future guests. "

"Found a couple things the cleaning staff forgot when we checked into our room including a a sock on the couch, food crumbs in the open areas of the floor, and food under the tables/chairs/sink. We had 2 kids crawling around the floors finding all of this. It was gross. "
