"I didn't like how when u took a shower the water didn't drain....and the shower curtain wasn't long enough so water got all on the floor like a lot of water "

"Love this resort, location is perfect! Staff was great and bar and food options were fantastic. Only complaint was one day we spent at the pool was the same day they were cleaning the rooftop bar so we were basically "rained" on from whatever they were using to clean the roof. We did complain but it took awhile for the manager to get them to stop."

"I cant say enough about this Unit, Resort, Staff, Food, and all the amenities included during this trip. We spent most of the day by and in the water (Beach, Pool, Lazy River). We loved the new addition the Resort now has (Free shuttle to the Lauderdale by the sea and Las Olas Area). Mid-way through our stay we booked a return trip here and we are already looking forward to our return."

"We’ve stayed at this property twice before. The resort and rooms are nice. Only three complaints - 1. There was a huge airshow with the main viewing area located very close down the beach. It turned a peaceful beach into a sea of humanity everywhere. We likely would have stayed somewhere different based on our preference of peace and quiet. The air show wasn’t noted on the VRBO site. 2. The beach service attendants refused to open the umbrellas for two of our four days on the property. They...

"We had a great Spring Break at the Wyndham Palm Aire! Our unit in the Royal Palm building was gigantic! We had plenty of space for our family of 5 for the week in our two bed, two bath condo. Spent a lot of time walking the property, swimming at the pool, counting lizards, etc. Would recommend if you are looking for a low key, do nothing but do everything kind of laid back vacation!"

"Property is privately owned in a high end resort hotel. The unit is beautiful but certainly not up to the standards of the hotel as far as cleanliness. Mold, broken fixtures, stained carpet.. etc. Five days before the end of our two week stay we were told the owner sold the unit. The hotel expected us to pay them a daily rate on top of our paid reservation or leave. We were unable to reach the owner, but VRBO tried to intervene. Fortunately the hotel manager stepped in and we were able to stay...
