Perfect stay

This place is awesome. It’s not cheap but worth it. Everyone is awesome from Jean on the pool deck to the guys at the flow rider to everyone else from when you enter until you leave. Staff deserve 7 stars. Place is beautiful too.

Had a one week stay at the Boca Raton. Overall good with some exceptions, notably housekeeping and bellman. Housekeeping never came before 5 pm. Bellman and butler were largely unresponsive. In room dining was average in quality and overpriced. It aspires to greatness but isn’t quite there in terms of service. While the rooms have been updated in the tower the elevators are old and i need of replacement.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms are modern and the architecture in the main area are beautiful. A lot to do with family onsite.
