"I stayed with my 8 year old. His first time, I’ve lost count how many times I’ve stayed. The staff were lovely and I got to practice my Polish upon my arrival. Our room was very clean and extra pillows available. My son loved the pool and I love the steam room which produced a lot more steam than the time I stayed before so glad that it had been fixed. Breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from and fresh. I will continue to stay and my son gave our stay a 10 out 10!!"

However, when I woke in the morning all of the plugs in the room didn’t work, which meant I couldn’t use them for charging my phone etc. When I mentioned this to reception at checkout I didn’t receive an apology or thanks for raising the issue, she just said she’d mention it to housekeeping and carried on talking to her friend….!!"
