"Great Hotel! Right next to transportation, only a couple of blocks from Tower of London and great restaurants, gift shop right across the street that stays open late for drinks and snacks. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge and safe in room. Would stay again and would recommend! "

"Weekend break in london to see ELO which was unfortunately cancelled. Didnt stop us having great time and staying at the Montcalm made it worthwhile. From the moment we arrived all the staff were so helpful and friendly. A credit to the hotel. Facilities were fantastic and the spa top notch. Rooftop bar had great views and the breakfast very tasty with plenty of choice. Everything almost perfect. Our only complaint would be the bars closing too early. We arrived at 11pm on a saturday night to find it closed. Its nice to have a relaxing drink in nice surroundings after a hectic day in the city so we feel the hotel is missing a trick here"

"Room was extremely clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Modern and stylish. Not a large room but perfect for our overnight stay. Perfect location for the O2. One tube stop. Lots of security in the area so felt really safe walking around late at night. "
