"We never got the opportunity to stay in this home…the host cancelled our booking at 17:30 on the day we were due to move in. No communication, we had to chase him for a few hours. Finally at 5pm he rang to say he was on his way to meet us and then half hour later he called to say that he was cancelling our booking due to a water leak… but we didn’t believe what he was telling us. We then had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of the week. Terrible experience from start to finish!"

I finally got ahold of VRBO support and they were unable to contact the owner either and cancelled our reservation while I was at the airport leaving for our flight. VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. "

"The property reminded me of staying with your college buddy right after graduation when he/she can't afford anything else. It's better than nothing at all, but certainly not an ideal place to be. It was a location with the advertised number of rooms and amenities and nothing more. It was very 'lived in' so don't expect a model apartment if you book it.
