"We felt very welcome from arrival till departure. Good location, cheap parking nearby, decent breakfast to start your day. Keep in mind that the rooms are not air contained and not all windows can be opened. Ask for a fan of necessary."
"We *loved* its location -- right on The Quay, its historic importance, and the comradery of the staff and guests in its downstairs pub over the water. Also, no other Americans."
"Very clean . The owners were absolutely lovely . Diane was so friendly and nothing was to much trouble . Breakfast was first class and even home made condiments x "
"Welcome was great with a cup of tea. Very friendly. Beautiful quiet, rural farm setting. Pet friendly.
Totally suited our needs with easy access to Barnstaple, Instow, RHS Rosemoor."
