"So the bed was pretty comfortable. And somebody had called me to let me know the person at the front desk had to leave and they were going to leave my room key in the room on the bed for me. I thought it was kind of strange that would have left the room unlocked like that but I was thankful they called to let me know what was going on. "The toilet seat was broken. The carpet is dirty. Had lots of trouble with the key card. Had to ask for clean towels. There was plenty of hot water. A light bulb."
