They really made every effort to make our stay pleasant. If we were to go back to Tokyo in the future, I would gladly stay here again."

Honestly, when faced with having to take an ambulance with your very sick child, to a hospital in a foreign country where you don’t speak the language having this staff on hand was so helpful and made a very stressful situation as easy as possible for me.
