"The hotel was perfect for a family of five with younger kids, 5, 9, and 10. The staff was incredible. We had a medical emergency while staying there and the staff was amazing. Honestly, when faced with having to take an ambulance with your very sick child, to a hospital in a foreign country where you don’t speak the language having this staff on hand was so helpful and made a very stressful situation as easy as possible for me. Really, a great place to stay and wonderful staff. "

"This was a surprisingly spacious apartment style hotel. Pristinely clean and very quiet. Beds are a bit hard for my taste, but we were still able to sleep. The staff was friendly and efficient. They really made every effort to make our stay pleasant. If we were to go back to Tokyo in the future, I would gladly stay here again."

"This place was the most convenient for us. All of the areas we wanted to visit were close and so was the train station. Lots of cute dining areas to check out and the locals are very friendly! Only negatives were the bathrooms (they were tiny, but useable) and we didn’t get more than 2 rolls of paper for a 6 day stay. We had to get our own toilet paper. Overall, it was a good experience and we would definitely use them again when we come back to Japan. "

"Prior to arrival emails were answered promptly. Rooms are large for Tokyo. Staff spoke English very well and were able to assist in using luggage transfer. Front desk even called ahead to next hotel to confirm luggage acceptance. Would recommend and stay again. "

"The staff was extremely nice and polite! We even spoke English. One of the men cleaning the facility early at 6 AM was kind enough to give me change for the laundry machine and was more than happy to do it"

"The property is good for families. Limited TV channels. Probably can enable to connect to Netflix or other 3rd parties streaming app. The apartment condition is good and clean. Not noisy at all. It is surrounded by few convenience stores and about 8 mins walk to the underground train station. "

"Location is great. Short walk to the Okachimachi station, plenty of good local dining and shopping, near a lively area but not nearly as crowded as some of the more touristy parts of Tokyo. The property is well maintained with rooms that are well suited for families. Overall would highly recommend. "

"Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights. "
