"DON’T STAY FOR SAFETY REASONS Worse property experience from seasoned travellers. Had to vacate due to strong and nauseating gas like smell from kitchen even with window and door opened. Property manager not contactable during incident and later refused to refund booking even when the apartment was not fit for use. "水回りが酷かったです。台所の蛇口は、蛇口をひねるとまず蛇口の付け根から水が漏れ出し、それから蛇口から水が出る感じ。漏れてるのと蛇口から出るのと、どっちの水が多いのかわかりませんでした。しかも、漏れた水は冷蔵庫の置いてある方に流れていくので、タオルで土手を作って流しの方へ誘導しないととても危険でした。 お風呂の蛇口は捻らなくても漏れていて、お湯が漏れ出しているのでシャワーを使うときはそこからお湯の飛沫が飛ぶので、子供が使うとき火傷しないかとても不安でした。 一番酷かったのは洗濯機。洗剤まで置いてあったので、「これは助かる！」と思い使い始めると、排水のところで床が水浸しに。排水管が床の排水溝から外れているのかと思ったらそうではなく、本体に排水管がきちんと接続されていなかったようで、本体からの漏れでした。あまりの事態に貸主に連絡して、水の対応に使ってしまったタオル類の替えは届けてもらいましたが、流石に酷すぎると思いました。有料で貸し出すなら、最低限使える状態かどうかのチェックは必要だと思いますし、台所の蛇口の漏れは警告文が置いてありました。あの状況を知ってて直さずに貸すのはどうかと思います。"
