"水回りが酷かったです。台所の蛇口は、蛇口をひねるとまず蛇口の付け根から水が漏れ出し、それから蛇口から水が出る感じ。漏れてるのと蛇口から出るのと、どっちの水が多いのかわかりませんでした。しかも、漏れた水は冷蔵庫の置いてある方に流れていくので、タオルで土手を作って流しの方へ誘導しないととても危険でした。 お風呂の蛇口は捻らなくても漏れていて、お湯が漏れ出しているのでシャワーを使うときはそこからお湯の飛沫が飛ぶので、子供が使うとき火傷しないかとても不安でした。 一番酷かったのは洗濯機。洗剤まで置いてあったので、「これは助かる！」と思い使い始めると、排水のところで床が水浸しに。排水管が床の排水溝から外れているのかと思ったらそうではなく、本体に排水管がきちんと接続されていなかったようで、本体からの漏れでした。あまりの事態に貸主に連絡して、水の対応に使ってしまったタオル類の替えは届けてもらいましたが、流石に酷すぎると思いました。有料で貸し出すなら、最低限使える状態かどうかのチェックは必要だと思いますし、台所の蛇口の漏れは警告文が置いてありました。あの状況を知ってて直さずに貸すのはどうかと思います。"

"The unit is spacious and very clean, and worth the extra drive if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay. Note, though, that although the loft can sleep several people, the ceiling is only about four feet high and hitting your head can be a problem! Also, there is no coffee, tea or and condiments provided so be sure to bring your own. The check in was a problem for us, ensure you can make a Japan phone call if needed which we did."

"幼児を連れての旅行だったので、ホテルの狭い部屋に泊まるよりも、家のような広々とした空間でリラックスして過ごしたいと思い、宿泊させてきただきました。期待していた以上にとても満足しました。 まず、部屋の広さと綺麗さに感激しました。外観は古いアパートのようですが、中はフルリフォーム仕立ての綺麗さでした。 また、一般的なキッチンに基本的な調理器具(鍋、フライパン、まな板、包丁など)、炊飯器、レンジがあったので、夜は自炊ができたことも良かったです。 使う機会はありませんでしたが、ベッドに寝ながら見れるホームシアターがついており、休息しながら家族と団らんできるのも素敵だと思いました。"
