"Everything was beyond amazing. The only thing that requires attention is the front desk staff (I dealt with). It was very welcoming until I met the front desk host. Very cold and callous as he/she (member of lgbtq community) seemed agitated speaking to me. I was eager to finalize the reservation and enjoy the vacation."
