"The house has some nice features, but overall, there are several things that need attention in terms of repairs and upgrades. The downstairs is spacious, and updated somewhat recently, but the upstairs is rather dated and run down. The lighting in the main bathroom is horrible. There were numerous scratches and gashes in the walls, and not all the interior doors worked. We also had an issue with the kitchen sink which wasn’t addressed promptly. "This place was filthy! Dirty microwave, fridge, bathroom was disgusting with soap scum and cobwebs on the windows. There's no cable or dvds to watch anything in the THEATRE room they promote. They also had an attic portion rented out to other people that is not disclosed. The worst experience we have ever had."
