"Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and spacious. The hot/cold breakfast options were good. Had 3 complaints. The first is, we were in rm 123 and the guest directly above us was either super heavy set and it was creaking everytime they walked around or the ceiling/flooring of the second level is old or was poorly constructed. The second is, there was no microwave. Had to use the microwave in the lobby conference area which was inconvenient. The third is, the jets for the hot tub is broken/strong and splashes up and hits you head and eyes. It's in a great location with lots of food options and is walking distance to downtown Langley and nearby coffee and other shops. Overall, our stay was good. We'd stay here again but not on the first floor."

"House wasnt cleaned upon arrival. Host did have it cleaned while we were out, nice layout and good location. We were able to chek in early which was nice. Kitchen was well stocked although we didnt use it ended up cooking at our son's new place. Nice power recliners in the living room and the master brm had a comfy bed. "

"AVOID! This inn is not an actual inn. There is no check in desk or staff when you arrive. It is NOT clearly indicated that guests need to contact the property owner before arrival to coordinate arrival and receipt of keys. Upon arrival and phoning the property to request a check in via voice mail no one ever returned the call. There was a very loud pub on the ground floor so it was probably for the best that the property decided not to allow us to check in. I suppose if you don’t answer the voicemail and don’t allow your guests to check in when they arrive the facility makes all kinds of money as the payment was definitely taken and then there’s no housekeeping services to be paid. I’m not sure how this property is even eligible to be represented by hotels.com. "
