"Great hotel on the edge of town. We parked mid day with no problem and the desk is 24 hours so we left everything in the car and checked in just before midnight with no issue. They'd warned us that there was an event on that night but there was no noise or disruption that we could tell. The bed was the biggest I've seen - very comfortable. The shower was great - good pressure and temperature. The only slight negative was the really creaky floor - but that was probably worse for who ever was underneath us."

"Perfect for our overnight stay before getting the Harwich ferry. Staff friendly on check in which was ideal after an 8 hour trip to Colchester. Ideal for what we needed travelling with our wee one. Included breakfast was great and free parking was ideal. "

"This is the 3rd time staying and yet again it was great, no matter the number of nights you need to stay you will not be disappointed. The rooms are spot on with all you need,the bar is great & food very nice. To top it off the staff are all fantastic and make the stay. Will 100% be using again in the future."
