"My Friends and I stayed at Cosgrove Cottage over the weekend just gone, and it was nothing short of magical. The setting is simply beautiful, right on the edge of the Forest. The marketing photos do not do it justice, you have to see it to believe it. The presentation of the actually property was immaculate and the Owners were very possibly the nicest people I have ever met. Warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. "Not very good at all. The house is advertised as 5 bedrooms, it isn’t. It is a 3 bedroom house that has single beds placed in rooms off the bedrooms ( totally impractical if you are not all family) and even then not ideal. I chose the property based on location and primary information given. Internet was useless, absolutely zero phone signal. Do not book if you actually looking for more than 3 bedrooms. "

"We were a party of 13/15 people and stayed for a weekend break at Pattiswick Hall. We had a fabulous time and would love to return someday. The hall easily accommodated our party and the rooms were spacious and clean - the grounds were lovely and secluded. Highly recommended for a large family gathering"
