  • Welcome to The Texas Sunshine Oasis, our Waco city escape! Geared towards families and friends with space to work, relax and rejuvenate inside and out. In a quiet neighborhood, but close to all things downtown. Big woodsy backyad with modern "Farmhouse-ish" interior.

    Inside enjoy our piano, sunroom and garage game room.
    Outdoors enjoy our pool, hot tub, large yard and playhouse.

    Filled with trees and greenery, our yard is maintained weekly, but keeps a natural look. Our focus is fun, not fanciness. :) Leaves and sticks blow in with the wind, sometimes landing on furniture or paths, and grass may be a few inches tall between mowings, depending on weather or timing.
