"Had a great time. Came in specifically for the Teddy Swims Concert at TRIX Zaal - the how was great. People in the area were extremely helpful. Stayed off the tourist grid pretty much and saw a lot of beautiful things. Owner has a guidelines book for guests that was absolutely awesome."

Climbed two floors and found that there was construction happening. Went back down and called customer service in the middle of night sitting on the high street bench. "Great central location but couple of issues - lights in bathroom didn't work, there was a massive ridge in the middle of the floor (trip hazard) & the fridge was not working - in fact it was running very hot & there was a burning smell in the unit (plastic was warping inside fridge around light) - a clear fire risk. When informed Smartflats simply thanked us for the info & made no attempt. to remedy or compensate. Poor service as we rented the apartment to prepare our own food & were limited....

"The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Borh beds were comfortable. The batheoom was amazing with the tub and shower working beautifully. AC and heat were localized and very good. The communication with the service was poor when we had problems, and the technician sent out to fix the problems did not fully fix one of them.
