Communication was good with the managers but follow through did not happen (eg soap promised for bathroom but none delivered). "

There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors...
