"Reception staff are lovely and very friendly Hotel has recently been upgraded and some work is still ongoing, some more work in the garden by the lake is required. There is a lovely pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room which we luckily had complementary access to due to the ongoing works. Be aware that there is normally a charge of £20 per person/ per day Breakfast staff were a little rude and are too busy to clean plates from your table.
