Very Good

As pub stays go this was very good, comfortable room, nice bar and very good breakfast. Easy to park in local public car park, ticked all the boxes for me.
Nice pub but check-in is 3pm not 2pm which it says on Expedia. Bit of a wait for Sunday Lunch which ok but nothing special really. Lovely beer garden at back and excellent cask ales.
The staff were attentive to our needs. We ate there on the second night of our stay. They food was lovely and hot when served. We did not wait for too long from ordering to getting our food. There were limitations on what we could have both on the food and drink side due to delivery issues. My and I were are aware that there was music being played when we went to bed, but I did not really interfere with us getting to sleep. Eat plugs were provided which my wife used. The pay and display car park was just a short walk so not an issue. Overall a very pleasant stay for our first visit to the area.
Had some issues with our lock on the door, this was sorted in a very timely and friendly response from the manager, lady with red hair. Great customer service, great breakfast as well. Thank you
We visited Kirkby Lonsdale and stayed at The Snooty Fox overnight. Everything was great. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely and was spotless! Breakfast was brilliant. Couldn’t fault anything. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
It was clean and the beds were good the staff was totally not friendly or accommodating. We felt like we were an imposition. Would not recommend staying there.
Check in was easy and friendly. The family room was a good size and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower lovely and powerful. There was no filter in the plug hole in the sink and the plug was too big for the hole. The tap was also very loose. Nice large, clean towels.
Lots of noise from the bar below so if you are looking for quiet or an early night this isn’t the place.
A small (and early) window for breakfast on Sunday morning, 8-9. We went down at 8.20 and the waitress had sent some people away already as they weren’t ready (slept in). Breakfast was all made to order but there was only cooked breakfasts available, no offer of anything like juice or cereal. The breakfast was very nice apart from lukewarm beans. We were also brought some toast but no butter which I obviously then asked for. It was a good 15 minutes before the butter was brought. The lady serving breakfast was doing her best but she was either unwell or had other things on her mind.
Overall a good budget option, I would stay again.
