"Just had 5 nights at this hotel (late October) and it was wonderful. Busy enough to feel part of something, quiet enough so that there were no queues at all for food (which was plentiful, varied and delicious) and plenty of space in every area (poolside, restaurants, etc). Room was comfy, pools were lovely (if a little cold), sun loungers were plentiful, staff were great (my daughter and I did sunset yoga every day - bliss) and only a 25 minute taxi ride from Heraklion Airport. Deserves every one of it's 4 stars."

"A beautiful hotel in the heart of Koutouloufari. Rooms are spacious with everything you could possiby need during your holiday, plus a bottle of wine to welcome you. The pool area isn’t huge but very pretty and never so busy you can’t find a seat or sunbed. So many brilliant places to eat and drink on the area. Perfect holiday destination."

"Looks average. As someone mentioned before the bed frame really does block the TV. Had a family room with sofa bed which creaked quite badly even when a three year old turned in their sleep. Overall condition of the hotel could be improved"
