The unit is in an older building (dating to 1904), but you couldn't tell from the state of the inside. Everything was modern and quite tasteful. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Far enough outside of town to be in a quiet area, but close enough in that around a 20 minute drive will get you to the tourist areas of downtown Nuremburg. My only criticism (and this is a uniquely American thing) - I wish we had brought more fans, as the bedrooms were a little warm for us. This does not detract from my review of the unit at all, I just bring it up for others to keep in mind when preparing for their stay. Susi & Gerd are great (on-site) hosts, with delightful Oma & Opa there as well. Highly recommend - we'll be back!

Wir haben eine wirklich top ausgestattete, blitzsaubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Toll ist auch der Service mit Selter inclusive und Radler bzw. diverse heimische Biersorten für kleines Geld. Nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Uns hat ein wenig die dicht gelegene Straße gestört, an der sich auch die Außen-Sitzgelegenheit befindet. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau!

Eine großzügige und schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man zu einem entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter Susi und Gerd sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Getränkeservice ( Kisten mit Mineralwasser (kostenlos) und Bier im Flur die immer nachgefüllt wurden) war für uns sehr angenehm da wir mit den Motorrädern anreisten und so der Transport von Getränken entfiel. Wir haben die sieben Tage sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Familie Ziegler, sowie auch die Ferienwohnung ist einfach klasse. Eine sehr liebe, Freundliche, zuvorkommende und offene Familie,die sich sehr um die Wünsche jeden Gastes bemüht (egal welchen Alters). Die Wohnung selber ist super eingerichtet,so dass man sich direkt Zuhause fühlt. Das Bauernhof Grundstück ist gerade für Kinder toll zu entdecken und zu erleben (Traktorenschau inklusive). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder,denn wir haben einen ganz tollen Urlaub verbracht bei Familie Ziegler.

Sinnvoll und komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung auf zwei Etagen mit viel Platz für 4 Personen. WLAN funktioniert in der ganzen Wohnung ohne Einschränkung. Da jeder sein eigenes Zimmer hat kann man sich auch mal bequem zurückziehen. Die kleinen Schreibtische wurden sehr geschätzt da man auch so mal sein kleines "Büro" einreichten kann ohne am Küchen- oder Wohnzimmertisch zu stören. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und bieten viel um sich dort wohlzufühlen. Das Haus liegt an der Straße, sodass es schon mal etwas laut werden kann bei geöffnetem Fenster. Allerdings wurde es von uns nicht als wirklich störend empfunden, da die Fenster selbst gut schallisoliert sind. Das Haus hat selbst keinen Garten. Den findet man aber ersatzweise direkt neben dem Anwesen an einem öffentlich zugänglichen Löschteich, der schön angelegt ist. Dort kann man entweder direkt unter der Sonne oder im Schatten eines Baumes ein Buch lesen oder den Fischen zuschauen. Die Wohnung kann bedingungslos weiterempfohlen werden. Jederzeit wieder!
