"I was at Haven, formerly Hotel Schmidt-Monique in Bochum for 8-days. I arrived 25-minutes before the “official” check-in time and was told I could check-in early for €20. "Conveniently centrally located in Bochum, near Hauptbahnhof. I had a studio (together with my dog) on the top floor, which was great. In room anemities are basically some paper cups, but at reception the hotel has some guest facilities like a microwave/oven/bar/drinks facilities. Very friendly staff. Parking is cheaper when looking across the street. Beds were good. I'd come back here!"
