"My visit to the property is the worse thing that happened to me in 2024, a very sad experiences that i ended up booking another apartment after staying in front of the apartment for over four hours without anyone or anybody letting me despite booking my reservations about two months before my arrival. The apartments should be banned from all hospitality App, they are disgrace to hospitality sector."

"Bunch of fucking scammers wasting my fucking time and money. They cancelled my reservations last minute so I couldn’t physically cancel it, on top of that they refuse to refund my fucking money. I called them countless time to refund my money but wouldn’t pick up. Clearly they are using this method to scam people and they know well that Expedia do fuck all to help customers. They scammed me of my £165, worst fucking booking I’ve done on my life. If I can’t get my refund, might as well give them...

"We were unable to get access details so never stayed. Hotels.com were excellent gave us 100% support and found us alternative accommodation. "

"I messaged this property as instructed and called several times to receive the access code necessary to enter the premises however I did not receive any response and was therefore left to book a last-minute hotel at great cost to myself. "The property is listed as an entire apartment - IT IS NOT. This property is a shared house kind of property. There are six rooms in the property with ONE shower for everyone to use. Despite the appealing pictures, the reality is quite different. The shower cubicle is broken, leading to a flooded bathroom every time it's used. The kitchen needed to be cleaned. "The flat is as described, but a little tired and should have been cleaner. Fortunately, the host was very responsive whenever a problem arose. The location is great for transit, with busses within a block and the underground a 15-minute walk away. And all that Battersea Power Station has to offer is only a ten-minute walk!"
