"I loved my check in experience it was very easy and they answered all my questions. First thing I loved when I walked into my room was the smell of bleach and the constant aroma of fresh lien was great. Staff with room service and at the restaurant was very nice, and even when I did a late check in easy as pie, and my early check in was great. It made me feel good about taking a mini getaway and getting luxury comfort. The bed sheets and pillows were amazing! My espresso martini was great! Parking structure was scary because of how close you feel like it’s going to scrape your car but it didn’t."

"Wow! First shout out to the breakfast team, they made our day - great teamwork, delightful & friendly. The onsite restaurant menu options were yummy & including an outstanding breakfast buffet! The reception team were friendly & efficient with a quick check in & check out, Clean comfortable rooms & beds were a total win. The airport transfer drivers were impressive - quick, communicative, professional, informative & speedy all while getting customers on the X safely…maybe with a little entertainment thrown in! Excellent overall experience."

"It was very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful. I purchased my parking with a separate card when i arrived. When my visit was over i was charged $52 for parking again so please check your account after your stay to see if you’ve been charged twice."

"Jose & Curtis were amazing with taking care of all automobile situations. However, all night long the light in our bathroom continued to come on and would only go off when we got up and turned it off, then it would do it again. Mentioned it to front desk with no understanding of the situation."
