"Everything was wonderful. Hotel is just outside the main area of Broadway Street. No Uber needed. Quiet but close enough to the party. Our stay was great, if ever back would def stay here there again."

"We were really pleased with our stay. Everything was wonderful. Loved the location/proximity to downtown. Our dogs were super happy. Everyone was so nice! Nice breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean. Overall, would def recommend and stay again."

"Would definitely stay here again! The property was immaculately clean. It was modern, comfortable, and had one of the nicer and larger bathrooms we've had with comparable properties. We had never done a virtual check in, but it went very well. The communication was friendly, responsive, and helpful. Check out was a breeze as well. There was a beautiful pool area and work out room with clean, functional equipment. Location wise- I do want to mention the quality of the property itself is wonderful as is its neighboring apartment/condo complexes...however...it is also next to train tracks and a more run down area with homeless encampment under the bridge. We felt safe walking through this area during the day but would not have done it at night. The greater good is that it was less than 2 miles to downtown and all the Broadway fun. Parking for Broadway is very pricey, but being so close you can Uber or Waymo easily. So, on the whole- I would still HIGHLY recommend this property for your Nashville stay. We had a great time and I bet you will, too. =)"

"The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The gentleman assisting us with check in was very friendly and made us feel welcomed to Nashville. The valet was also extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great and the hotel was in a good location as far as getting to lower Broadway district. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"We really loved the apartment. It was clean and spacious, a great location and comfy beds. It was in a lovely building too. We would definitely choose Kasa again. Our only issue with this one was the noise from outside at night. We’ve not reduced the score as a result, as there’s probably not much that can be done about it, but they had the noisiest bin lorries with loud safety alarms ringing whilst collecting rubbish at midnight every other day and lots of noisy people and vehicles on the road and in the car park opposite in the early hours of the morning. So if you want somewhere quiet, you’ll need to go further out of town!"
