"Very welcoming reception staff, small problem sorted very quickly. Clean and tidy hotel, bit tired in parts but generally good. Pool was a huge bonus. Breakfast was particularly good. Housekeeping staff all lovely."

"Excellent stay. All staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a superior room whuch was spotless, with a well stocked complimentary mini bar, iron & ironing board, robes & slippers. The only thing I would say is that we found the pillows uncomfortable, and it could probably do with hooks on the bathroom door to hang robes. I am not taking any stars off for this though, as this was personal choice, and everything else was perfect. There was a good choice at breakfast, with the option of al a carte items too."

"At breakfast I asked a member of staff for gluten free bread, they weren’t really sure what I meant even though it was advertised. It never turned up! Apart from that everything was brilliant."
