"was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...

"Two criticisms of the bathroom. The soap and shampoo bottles were unreachable when I was having a bath. Far too high, only useful for a shower or at the basin. Also the non slip patches in the bath were very uncomfortable to sit on. Did the designer of the bath ever try to take a bath??"

"There isn't anything I liked . The hotel was awful, staff unhelpful even after we complained. The manger was useless and unhelpful. The shower was broken bed side cabinet was also broken . They do appear to have a programme of renovations in hand, but our corner room had several cracked window panes and dated furnishings. The sink does not have a mixer tap, and the hot water is scalding, while there is almost no water pressure for the shower.
