"Hotel was nice, very clean. Very limited tv channels to watch when I was ready to unwind at night. Biggest reason for the low rating was a very rude employee named Michael. I’ve never been treated so poorly in all my years of traveling at a time when I was there for my mother’s funeral and we had reserved many rooms for the family. He will be reported to corporate first thing tomorrow morning."
"Breakfast had a variety of foods. But breakfast area smelling of bacon. Also could smell bacon on third floor. Was upset that there was no coffee maker in room. Was not informed of this decision upon check-in so that was very disappointing I had to go down to breakfast area for coffee.
