"We have stayed here before and will stay here again. The 2 bedroom units are perfect for our family and a great price. The Hotel is handy to Auckland CBD and Newmarket and within walking distance of Parnell shops, restaurants and the Parnell Cathedral. Some of the units are a bit dated but it looks like the hotel are working through an upgrade. All units we have been in have been clean and comfortable and staff have been very helpful."

"Very convenient to the airport with free shuttle. Concierge staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant on premises and pub with good food near by. The hotel has good accommodation at a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a place to stay overnight near the airport."

"I stayed here between flights, as one does at an airport hotel. I really appreciate that the hotel has room service because I was exhausted. My only complaint is their front desk called me at a time they thought was reasonable but I was trying to sleep, just to ask if the room service was ok. They really should have left me alone to sleep. Hotels should never wake you up unless it is an emergency like there is a fire. Otherwise all ok."
