"The house was great for teens! Also, the location is perfect if you are a National Park lover but not a crowd lover. There are some amazing hikes just 8 minutes from the house within SMNP! Also, go rafting! So fun and they need the business after the hurricane."

"I always record a place I stay when I first walk in to note any prior damage to property and the cleanliness of the place. Only one shower could have been cleaned better. The rest of the place was clean. The jacuzzi tub did not work properly in my room. The hot tub kept stopping. We had to keep getting out to flip the breaker to reset it. Warning: There is one step going to two bedrooms that are upstairs that is a death trap. It almost blends in with the floor. I tripped and bruised my shoulder, knee and thought I broke my hand. Be very careful. There should be a sign there to watch out for it. Several others missed the step as well. We noticed a few broken seats in the theater room and some deep scratches in the floor and walls. Otherwise, I loved the cabin. Lots of space for the 16 of us that showed up. Very peaceful area with lots of tall trees. Loved the firepit. Loved that there was enough seating for all of us to eat together. The pool table was nice to have there. One of the video games doesn't work but the other one has a bunch of games to play. Kids hardly played it anyway. They spent most of the time in the pool. Didn't see any bears. Maybe next time. Communication from the hosts was pretty fast and thorough. No issues there. Even with the few flaws, we had a great time and plan to return next year. If you are like me and don't like to leave messes, bring a broom and dustpan. There were none in the cabin and I can't just leave the floors dirty. My choice I guess."

"Great cabin, had so much to do we hardly left to explore. When you do leave you are close enough to Gatlinburg that it is not a pain to drive and far enough away to where you don’t deal with all the people. Host was great, cabin was easy to get into and everything was clean. "

"This property was everything and more for us! Small gestures from the hosts and the responsiveness made the experience PERFECT. The pool was well kept and a perfect size, plus toys for all the kids. The movie theater was such a fun thing to close the nights with, especially with the authentic popcorn maker. The multicade kept us adults busy besting the high scores, and the pool table gave us plenty of laughs at how terrible we all were. Every little detail was handled by the hosts, and everything we needed was available on the property! If you do need groceries or firewood, check out Donna Jo's. I was genuinely impressed at the food selection. In summary, we will be back to this property! If you are on the fence, go ahead and book!"

"Our stay was perfect except there were issues with the downstairs tvs in the bedrooms', but other than that the stay was perfect. My husband and I always wanted a get away in the woods because not only am i a cancer survivor I am a veteran, but unfortunately I just lost him to cancer and I decided to take this trip with my family as a way to move on in life. I want to say that everything was great with the cabin and I would definitely recommend to family. Hope to come back next year"
